Child and teen therapy

Empower your child to navigate life's challenges and thrive

A safe space for your child to reflect and grow

Life can feel overwhelming - with school, friendships, and everything in between. Therapy is a space for your child, where they can talk about what’s on their mind without pressure.

Therapy is supportive space where your child can talk openly with someone who will listen without judgment.

Your child sets the pace. We won't pressure them to talk about anything before they’re ready.

We can collaborate with your child’s school mental health team to ensure consistent support.

Confidentiality and sharing

Therapy works best when your child feels safe to speak openly. To build that trust, their sessions are kept confidential, with certain safety exceptions.

While we encourage openness within the family, your child controls what they choose to share. We understand you'd likely want to be involved, so we'll help your child find healthy ways to share with you when they feel the time is right.
